The Heights of the New River Subdivision

Eden & Associates generated a concept plan for a 10-lot subdivision near Pembroke, VA. After managing the public process for a rezoning in Giles County, E&A designed public water and sewer facilities, private roads, erosion and sediment controls, and cost-conscious stormwater management facilities as part of the project site plan. Construction began in Summer 2022 after the project received approval from Giles County, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and Virginia Department of Health (VDH) Office of Drinking Water.
