Eden & Associates utilizes advanced 3D modeling for all design. Surveyed point clouds are imported into Civil 3D as the basis for advanced design modeling. As the design can be easily rendered and visualized, it also assists in coordination with the Client and agencies to ensure all stakeholders can evaluate the project as it progresses. As the 3D designs optimize cut and ﬁll on the job site and increases accuracy, bid prices are typically better, as contractors have a higher conﬁdence in these designs vs traditional designs. Our engineers assist during planning eﬀorts to develop accurate project budgets and schedules while familiarizing themselves with any environmental permitting or special requirements associated with each project. 

Design Solutions

We utilize the latest CAD software and 3D surveying techniques to ensure our designs are accurate and ready for construction.
