Since 2015, E&A has provided civil engineering services to ROA in support of their aviation development.  Beginning with the Parking Lot Master Plan, E&A developed short term and long-term recommendations to the Commission to update their parking facilities and maximize revenue.  Land use optimization was considered as parking demands have changed in recent years.  The original Master Plan was outdated and ill equipped to serve the Commission’s needs.
The report included detailed project recommendations, construction phasing alternatives, cost estimates and potential schedules for completion.
